Shipping & Exchanges

Below are some common questions about shipping, order placement and exchanges

Shipping

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship almost worldwide. Except: Hungary , Croatia, Czech Republic and Slovakia


Shipping times:

  • Orders from Austria take 2-3 business days to be delivered to you.
  • International orders take 4-7 business days to be delivered via DPD.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location and other factors.
Payments

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and KLARNA. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than €.

Orders Placement

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for the goods .

Items Missing

If you find you have an item missing from your order you must inform us via email or phone call within 48 hours & this will be investigated.

Claims made after this time period will not be accepted.

Smashed/leaking Bottle

If you receive damaged or defective goods, you must inform us via email or phone call within 48 hours.

Claims made after this time period will not be accepted. 

Please do not dispose of any goods before reporting the issue to our Customer Service team, as we may require batch numbers, photographic evidence of any damage & packaging or request that the item is returned to us.
