Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 500 g fresh strawberries
- 80 g sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml milk
- 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
- or some seeds from 1 vanilla pod
- 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
- 1 tsp Crema di Balsamico
- Legio - I (Optional) 0.25-0.5%

1. Wash the strawberries, remove the greens, and puree them with about 40g of sugar. Then, put it in the refrigerator.

2. Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until fluffy.

3. Put the cream, milk, and vanilla powder in a pot and bring it to a boil while stirring.

4. Then (preferably in an ice-water bath) let it cool down, stirring occasionally.

5. Mix the strawberry puree with the flavoring and Crema di Balsamico, then stir it into the cooled cream-milk mixture.

6. Now, either put it into an ice cream maker or place it in the freezer, stirring occasionally.
